Protecting your personal data is important to me. I process personal data confidentially and in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG) and – where applicable – the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Processing in the context of advice
In the context of insurance, pension and financial advice, particularly sensitive personal data (e.g. health data relating to health insurance) may be processed. The details of data processing within the mandate are governed by the separate client information under Art. 45 of the Insurance Supervision Act (VAG), which you receive before a consultation. Such data is not collected via this website.
Getting in touch
This website does not contain a contact form. If you write to me by e-mail or phone, I process the information you provide (e.g. name, contact details and your request) solely to handle your enquiry. I do not pass this data on to third parties without your consent.
Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted with Netlify (Netlify, Inc., USA). When you visit, the hosting provider automatically processes technical access data transmitted by your browser (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, browser type). This data serves the secure and stable operation of the website. In addition, the privacy policy of Netlify applies.
Appointment booking (Calendly)
The Calendly service (Calendly LLC, USA) is embedded for online appointment booking. To protect your data, the calendar is only loaded after your explicit consent (“Load calendar”). Only then are connection data and the information you enter (e.g. name, e-mail address and preferred appointment) processed by Calendly in order to arrange the appointment. In addition, the privacy policy of Calendly applies.
Disclosure abroad
With hosting (Netlify) and appointment booking (Calendly), personal data may be transferred to the USA. According to their own information, these providers rely on the Swiss–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses as appropriate safeguards within the meaning of Art. 16 f. revDSG.
Fonts
The fonts used are served locally from this server. There is no connection to external font services (e.g. Google Fonts) and therefore no associated data transfer.
Cookies
This website does not set any tracking or marketing cookies of its own. The appointment calendar (Calendly) is only loaded after your consent and may then use technically necessary cookies or local storage.
No automated decision-making
No automated individual decisions and no profiling take place via this website.
Your rights
Within the scope of applicable law, you have the right at any time to information, correction, deletion, and restriction of or objection to the processing of your personal data. Please contact the address given above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
Changes
This privacy policy may be adjusted to reflect changed processing or legal requirements. The version published on this page at the time applies.
